Our approach

We pride ourselves on our high-touch, low-pressure approach to representing our clients, whereby each Platt Inc. agent serves as a 'trusted advisor' over the course of the client relationship. This means that we will help you to realize your goals in buying and/or selling property, to understand the transaction as a whole, and to make informed, empowered decisions. It also means that we will never pressure any client to purchase or sell before they are ready. While we hold our clients accountable to the goals they set, "we are on your timeline" -- it's a phrase we use often, and we mean it!
