I am a real estate broker and attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. A native of the area, I grew up in Alameda and attended high school at Bishop O’Dowd in Oakland (Go Dragons!) After earning my undergraduate degree at U.C. Santa Barbara, I returned to the Bay Area to go to attend law school at U.C. Hastings in San Francisco before founding Platt Inc. Real Estate and Platt Law Group.
My business is based in Oakland, but I regularly assist clients throughout the Bay Area, from San Francisco to Walnut Creek, as well as throughout California.

Business owner. I run my own companies, which allows me tremendous latitude in the type of work I am able to perform, and for whom I perform it.
Legal expertise. I earned a law degree from U.C. Hastings, a top-tier law school. In addition to running a real estate brokerage, I oversee a thriving law practice that focuses on real estate, estate planning, and business matters. Clients who hire me as a real estate agent benefit from my extensive experience and expertise, translating into increased value for those I represent.
Proven Market Performance. I am a designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This designation is held by less than 4% of REALTORs nationwide and is only available to those who have acheived high performance standards and have undergone additional targeted training to better serve their clients. Despite the low membership numbers, CRS designees are responsible for over 27% of properties sold in the U.S. every year.
Industry Leader. I was recenly elected by my peers to serve as a Director of the Oakland Association of REALTORS®
for a two year term. When I take office in 2010, I plan on taking this unique opportunity to improve the ways in which we, as REALTORS®, serve the community, our clients, and the industry in general.
Technological Proficience. I hold an "e-PRO" designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, granted through a rigorous technology training program, which allows me to better use technology and the internet to better represent my clients’ interests.
